mixed veg in heart shapeThe weight management group is run by Carys and Nadine every Wednesday, it is a 12 week programme held in the multi faith room at 10am – 11am.
The aim is for a slow and steady weight loss. Losing even a small amount of weight can lower the chances of individuals developing health problems; in turn help promote treatment pathways in order to improve health and wellbeing.
Anyone interested in attending ask Carys or Nadine about a weight loss goal that is right for you.
